Find
Research potential properties that meet our clients' brief and arrange tours of shortlisted ones.
Assist
with securing the right property at the best price.
Fund:
Financing the property in the most appropriate way using either your own existing sources or referral to our own panel of independent mortgage
brokers.
Legal:
Using your own sources or referral to our own independent conveyancing solicitors. We oversee process until completion of contracts.
Furnish:
Referral to our own furnishing and interior design service providers
Refurbishment & Development:
Referral to our own building and construction team. Including
advisory team on planning permission applications
and & Building Regulation complaince.
Manage:
Full Residential Management Services including Tenant
Find and Inventories.
OUR FEES
Property Search and Acquisition:
Retainer fees on instruction £500.00 (we
deduct from final fees).
Success fees 1% of purchase price payable on exchange of contracts.
Rental Search fees
Retainer fees on instruction - £500 (we deduct from final fees)
Success fees equivalent to One month's rental.
