Q: Who are buyer's agents?        

A buyer's agent acts exclusively for the buyer and represents their interests throughout the entire property purchasing transaction.  A seller's agent will normally be negotiating on behalf of their clients. 


Q: I am based overseas. Tell me about your property acquisition service.

A: We have acted for many overseas companies and individuals. We are normally recommended by past clients who have benefited from our service. 

We start by obtaining a detailed brief of your exact requirements , lifestyle, family, work, property expectations. Then we will research the market to source out potential properities. We will visit most of them on your behalf and present you with a shortlist.  We will then arrange for a tour with you to view these properties and assist you in securing the best one.


Q: How do your source out these properties?

A:Due to our wealth of experience in the property market, we have an extensive contacts and good relationships with property developers, estate agents, representatives of private vendors, and so have access to properties, some of which have not yet come onto the market.


Q: How do I know that I am paying the best price for my property?

A:We do not have a conflict of interest in that we are not being paid by the seller of the property. Our sole interest is to represent the buyer so we push hard to get the best deal possible for our client.


Q: Can you assist me with other services such as referral to a mortgage broker, solicitor and a valuer.

A: Yes, we are able to refer you to our panel of independent brokers should you require financing for your purchase. We can also refer you to a panel of independent solicitors, and valuers who can assist you. Furthermore we will liaise with all these 3rd parties to ensure that the whole purchasing process runs smoothly.

Q: Do you guarantee confidentiality?
A: We act solely on behalf of our clients and represents their interest. We guarantee total confidentiality.

Q: Do you provide furnishing and interior design service?

A: Yes, we are able to refer you to specialist interior design and furnishing companies who we have worked with in the past. We will supervise the whole process to ensure everything runs according to plan.
